Greece’s death metal quintet SOULSKINNER released their newest album, Descent to Abaddon, May 22nd. Since 2000, SOULSKINNER has released 4 full-length albums, and 4 split EPs, including Descent to Abaddon.

Guitarists and tremolo masters, Bill Zobolas and Spyros Triantafyllou,  have managed to develop their own style; each song seems to take you on a different journey. One thing is made very clear on Descent to Abaddon; SOULSKINNER has never left the old-school death metal sound. It’s widely accepted that if the beginning of a song can hook you, then you’ll end up succumbing to it; and SOULSKINNER has absolutely no problem doing so, with tracks such as “A Spectral Vision” and “Descent to Abaddon.”

Descent to Abaddon will easily appeal to death metal fans, especially those of which prefer the classic style of the genre.  Snag a copy today!
