Doll Skin drummer Meghan Herring sat down with Hobbes Caltous of Bloodrock Media’s The Fallout Shelter on October 6th, at The Forger in Joliet, IL. In a laugh- filled interview, she confessed to having overcome severe anxiety, and attributes her success to being on tour constantly.

When Caltous asked her what she need to do in order to have a good show,  Herring said “If I’m not thinking in a good way, I’m just gonna freak myself out.” She went on to say “if I’m not positive and in the moment, then it’s going to be a really bad show.”

Doll Skin recently released their second album, Manic Pixie Dream Girl, though Megadeth guitarist David Ellefson’s EMP Records, and are currently on tour with One-Eyed Doll.
